Patrick Coleman, the managing member, has practiced law for twenty-five years, primarily representing land owners, developers, ranchers/livestock producers, farmers, local governments, homeowners, contractors and business entities throughout Colorado in legal matters involving real estate, land use, government entitlements and compliance, business, employment law, and agricultural related transactions and litigation.
